I got Acupuncture done with Sandy, and it was wonderful. She has a gentle approach, and is very knowledgeable. I left feeling so relaxed and free of tension. I highly recommend!
Essence Wellness has been my de-stress and self care go-to! It is a beautiful and welcoming space with an amazing selection of services! From authentic TCM herbal prescriptions from Jess (that have really helped me with my overall health), and as well I love trying all of their medi-spa facial and body treatments. Quality is of high standard here!
Jess was very good at listening, hence accurate diagnosis. Combined with her herbal medicine prescription, her acupuncture treatment worked well for my shoulder pain
