Location is great but the residents are often not. Dog pee and poo can be found everywhere inside. It is cleaned up after some hours but it is disgusting. The pet owners who allow this often do not clean up. No repercussions for those pet owners, either. Some hallways have a strong stench of animal pee. Some floors have roach infestations.
Management doesn’t appear to resolve any of the issues. The building constantly floods, and has many leaks. Due to the flooding and leaks the building smells horrible. I’ve seen residents put plug-ins in the hallways due to the smell. The elevators have broken so many times in the last year I’ve lost count. The washers and dryers are always broken.
