We love living at the Esplanade apartment complex. This is not just normal apartment living. The people who work here are amazing and caring to the people that live here and our furbabies. Heather greets myself and Gretl (my furbaby) when she sees us on walks. We had an issue with a kitchen cabinet and we were on the schedule in one day for maintenance. The one star reviews are 100% accurate. Roaches and mice are becoming the norm. Unfortunately I have a year to go on my lease. I've slowed down the mice and roaches by closing up holes in the drywall behind the oven and dishwasher myself. Still more access points I need to seal up. I brought it to management and they don't listen to what I have told them needs to be done. Rent here knowing you will have mice and roaches. I have been here for about a year. I can say that I genuinely love it. I did not want to live in an apartment again, but I’m glad we chose this complex. I was reading some of the comments and I have to disagree. I have not had a roach or mice problem once. Believe me, I would be saying otherwise if I saw them. The complex is clean and safe for children. We will be renewing our lease!!!
I love the Esplanade at City Park. The amenities and proximity to Bayou Saint John are what drew me in, and Heather went above and beyond. She was with me every step of the way through the entire process. She was professional and competent, yet also kind and compassionate. She continues to be incredibly attentive and communicative managing such a large complex and always makes time to be personable and accommodating.
