I just moved in, but things have been great so far. I really like the area, the interior of the apartments, and the amenities as well. Looking forward to living here!
One of the worse places ever ! I only stayed 10 months didn’t even finish my lease out.. maintained Don’t fix anything. They stay in the building and let the alarms go off for hours some times . Once was told they went home for break and fell asleep and didn’t come back until the shift was almost over.. random cats in the hallways. Laundry neevver works even though you pay 10$ for a card .. the people in the front office are so rude.. the one dude literally doesn’t talk. Living at Esplanade at City Park is a masterclass in landlord negligence and tenant disregard. Forget basic habitability. You'll be battling perpetually broken laundry facilities while mopping up the relentless water intrusion from their laughably inadequate windows – a perfect breeding ground for the inevitable mold infestation, likely fostered by their idiotic use of inappropriate building materials. Heather was beyond wonderful during the tour of the complex and apartment, I really appreciated her honesty and ability to be so personable. Overall, she gave a really great impression, and represented the company well with ease. I appreciate that I got to visit with her.
The Esplanade at City Park offers spacious apartments plans that stand out compared to similarly priced options. Inclusive utilities add to the convenience, and the location is unbeatable, with proximity to the fairgrounds, Bayou St. John, City Park, and numerous restaurants.
