After a recent unjustified special assessment Board members told us "If you can't afford $10,000 then you probably shouldn't live here."
While the view and the building are really nice, I've never lived in a more oppressive community. The Board of the HOA tries to micromanage the lives of residents, encourages residents to spy on one another, and holds residents responsible for break-ins.
