From the start Greg didn't know answers to our basic questions. We expressed our wanting to move forward with renting the home. He said it was between us and 1 other couple but it wouldn't be shown anymore. Greg told us he would give us a response in a couple of days. He never did. We had to reach out to him almost daily and when he did reply it was only to say he didn't know anything. Now the home has been rented out and he still not reached out to us.
