BEWARE: they billed my insurance $10,000 for a cat bite that they gave me an antibiotic shot for. No imaging. No bloodwork. I was in and out within an hour. But now I’m fighting with my insurance company because of this outrageous and completely unfair billing. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, but they need to be more transparent with the cost of care.

I had the best experience here! I came in with pelvic pain and they treated me like family. From check-in to dispatch, they went above and beyond. The check-in was smooth and she walked me through any difficulties filling out the paperwork. The doctors simply amazing. They made sure to screen me for everything they could to rule out any cause of my pain; I even did a c scan. I realized they had a quest diagnostic lab, and I asked if I could also get blood work drawn that my pcp requested. They didn’t hesitate to say yes. Th... read more

Cindy at the front desk was super friendly. I was very anxious coming in, but my nurse Cliff, radiologist tech Ana, and ER Physician Atteberry were all so amazing and made me very comfortable, and I felt heard when explaining my health issues. I was in and out in 30 min. Highly recommend

The nurse staff was extremely friendly and accommodating however, please be advised that if you need an ultrasound and it’s late night hours you will be waiting. They have the ultrasound technician on call I had to wait 2 hours for them to come in and she was in a terrible mood.
