I have never in my life met a more dismissive, rude, apathetic, borderline homophobic doctor in my life except for at this place. The rest of the staff were kind & lovely apart from this so-called doctor. I expect a call from management as he should not be working with people with an attitude like his. Don’t remember his name but he was the overnight doctor — old white man who maintained the same monotone that sounded pissed off the whole time.
Received the most attentive care from the kindest doctor and nurses. They were timely, careful, considerate, and went above and beyond to lift low spirits. The best emergency care you will find in Dallas.

Excellent experience. Was treated on Sunday afternoon, January 21. All staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The treating physician and nurse were outstanding. Provided thorough care - even a follow up phone call.
