Don’t live here. Terrible contract that tried to scam money out of you. I lived at 207 w Eldred in wausau for about 2 years paying month to month. I brought a house but the process took awhile before I could move out. One of the rule for vacancy in the contract said that I have to give notice 2 months ahead before I could move out, and another one is winter clause which I can’t move out the month of November til February.
