Very flustered. I will never seek out financing from this company again. Our contract expires January 2020. We still owe only 500 less than when we started 5 years ago. Dont get the added benefits that they try to sell you. It doesnt pay off. It seems awesome at first until you have to use it. Then it's like pulling teeth to get it. I've personally been dealing with the location on 82nd in Portland, OR. I recently traded in my vehicle for a lower payment and APR with another company. Although I've made arrangements to make my payments to another financial institution, they keep harassing me to make a payment with them until my new loan has been funded. Their representative Brianna Williams was extremely rude and had no desire to work with me or the new finance company when it came to making sure they received their payoff.
