I saw my favorite Doctor that I ever had here but unfortunately I had to move and start new but I always remember how every employee I met here was friendly and I think truly cared about their work helping people!

I saw Dr. Carter for about 6 months several years ago when it was still called Sacred Vessel Natural Medicine. While I really appreciate the focus on providing care to marginalized communities, the actual medical care I got was sub-par and communication was deplorable. I do not know if the Equi Institute exists anymore, but if they ever offer medical services again I would caution any trans person against seeking care with them. I was frequently deadnamed in my correspondence with Equi. They also neglected to inform me that they were out of network when my insurance changed, which I only became aware of when I received a $388 medical bill.
