I have been trying to communicate with somebody within the equestrian leasing office to schedule a tour and do a application I have a voucher and I also am employed this is very frustrating because I have exhausted all numbers and emails trying to get assistance to even try and be consider for an opportunity to be a resident here. Hope everyone else gets lucky ..

I appreciate all these reviews. I was sent an invitation to apply for an apartment in that building. I know Mark Stagg, the developer. ALL of his buildings were built cheaply with sheetrock, hence the noise complaints. Any building that has more than 30 units and has no tenant organization portends an unruly environment. I WON'T BE RESPONDING TO THEIR REQUEST FAVORABLY. I will include the reviews I've Read here.

This building has a slew of problems from thin walls, loud neighbors ( due to VERY thin walls), weed smoke, and roaches and rats( first two floors). My problem began when I was trying to sublease my apartment for the remaining three months I had on my lease per RSC § 2525.6 in my lease that allows me to have a chance to. They flat out denied my request even though it’s NYC law to have a valid reason to do so, invalidating their renewal lease they gave me.
