Sigh... This company is going to get sued one day, and I just hope that it's recorded so I can watch the proceedings. You will not get your deposit back. I recieved a breakdown of what was wrong with my unit (well past the legal timeframe in which they're supposed to send it, and ONLY because I pushed them for it), and at the bottom, it shows that I am owed $600 of my original deposit, and to this day, I've gotten nothing. Notice how the only time management responds to these messages is when prospective tenants complain. After the flooding from Ida's remnants, I don't think anyone would want to leave a good review, especially if they lost their car. Most did if they parked in the downstairs garage. I lived there for five & half years. I had difficulties with toxic tenants. When I complained, nothing was done. I almost got into a physical encounter. When I complained to management, RON " MAYBE IT'S TIME FOR YOU TO MOVE IT" AND I DID. I HAVE LEARNED THAT THE TWO TENANTS THAT LIVED IN THE APARTMENT, AFTER I LEFT, HAVE ALSO MOVED OUT. I have been contacting this place for weeks and no one is answering the phone. I sent emails on apartment.com and other websites. I called the number on Google and called the number on apartments.com and still no answer. How does this place plan on renting a apartment to someone when they aren't answering calls and emails.
