Office staff was unfortunately not very helpful throughout my experience. Last week, I arrived for my initial appointment and was informed at check-in that my insurance was showing as inactive, so the appointment had to be canceled. I immediately contacted BCBS afterward, and they confirmed everything was active and up to date on their end. I took my daughter to this facility last week and one of the front desk staff reps was rude and had a snappy attitude. We then get to meet the nurse midwife, and the visit with her went well she seemed nice. What I'm not understanding is why my daughter was charged for a urine sample and urinalysis when no urine was provided at her visit. I received no call back explaining what is going on. This was my first time ever at the place and I’m definitely not going back, I was running late, I called the lady told me there was a Grace period for 15 minutes however when I got there within time of the grace period I had to find a parking spot.
