I had somewhat scary results at the ER and was told to get An ultrasound ASAP. Well, Nyoka got me in here within a few days Absolutely everyone at this location in North Charleston was amazing… From the front desk receptionist, Margie, Cat (ultrasound), Yvette (phlebotomist) and Shi Christopher ( PA)!! They were able to fit me in at last minute and when they were all so welcoming and friendly!!! Recommend this location 10 out of 10!!!!!!
My visit was very pleasing. The staff was very polite and made me feel so comfortable. And the esthetics was 10 out of 10
**WARNING: BILLING SEEMS LIKE A MONEY PIT** I need to first note that there doesn't seem to be a nasty attitude in the building, nor when you call the office. I do self-pay, so I like to know the cost for each procedure "before" my appointments. At my first appointment in May (a wellness/yearly checkup, so it was a set amount), I became a little emotional.
