I’m sharing this so future tenants know what to expect from The Envision Team and Ben Arredondo. Move-in conditions were unacceptable and dangerous. Despite being charged a sanitation fee, the home was delivered filthy: mouse feces in kitchen cabinets, grime throughout, missing electrical covers, and visible mold. We raised these concerns repeatedly and documented everything, even letting them know we have a newborn/infant. Heat and habitability were serious, ongoing problems.
