I’m sharing this so future tenants know what to expect from The Envision Team and Ben Arredondo. Move-in conditions were unacceptable and dangerous. Despite being charged a sanitation fee, the home was delivered filthy: mouse feces in kitchen cabinets, grime throughout, missing electrical covers, and visible mold. I highly recommend the Envision team as an outstanding real estate company, specifically, Jen. I am new to Phoenix. Jen was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked initially inperson. She then knew what I wanted and was able to help me find the perfect house while I was 2 states away.
