Unfortunately, the responsiveness of this rental management company is abysmal as is their standard for habitability. For example, it took months of providing proof of rodents in the building from pest control professionals before this management company took any action. Their solution was to provide a monthly rodent pest treatment which the tenants had to coordinate and manage.
