Front desk/phone people are self important and don't seem to understand that they are in a service position. Awful. My son is going to university in another state. He's been seeing a therapist that works at Enhancement Center for years and they have good rapport. My son depends on these appointments. I called to ask about changing insurance coverage and see how my son might be able to be seen while he is out of state. From my experiences with Jim and Gene, I couldn't have been more impressed with their willingness to be vulnerable in sharing their experiences as way to help people. Highly recommend.
I have been seeing Dale for two months and already experience a lot less stress from challenges and problems. Every session has cut to the heart of my issues and been extremely illuminating. I look forward to every session. Dale is kind and empathetic, but not afraid to address the issues even when they aren't as flattering as I'd like. I have tremendous faith that we will be solving all my major issues and turning them into manageable challenges.
