My soon to be mother-in-law comes here, and my fiance and I come here when we are in town! We were gifted personal training classes with Isaac. Issac is very personal and was awesome! We were definitely sweating for our wedding! Lol
The Energy Lab has literally changed my life. I’ve been dealing with lower and upper back pain since I injured myself in 2020. I’ve tried multiple chiropractors and multiple physical therapists but nothing helped until I started personal training with Isaac! For the first time in years I have almost zero back pain! Thanks to him and The Energy Lab, I finally have the confidence to lift weights again and push myself to new levels. I’m also loving the yoga classes led by Molly and Jackie. Thanks guys!
I hadn’t done yoga for quite some time and was both nervous about all the flexibility and strength I’d lost while away, and also excited to get back to it. This was my first visit at The Energy Lab. The staff was very welcoming, the space is lovely, and the yoga instructor, Jaqueline (I think), was wonderful and easy to follow. Great class!
Great safe space to practice and move! I've been to a few yoga classes with Molly as the instructor and they're always the best classes and experience :)
Incredible community & knowledgeable instructors! I really appreciate how everyone encourages you & makes you feel really welcomed. I highly recommend !
