The gentleman that answer was, very polite and very respectful. HR....
This company was hired by the city of Lansing to trim branches away from power lines. Instead they removed more trees then needed. They removed all shade cover from my house and it is currently hotter inside my house than outside of it. I could keep the temp manageable before without an a/c unit and now, thanks to this company, my utility bill will take a hit if I want my house to be livable again. I hope no city ever does business with this company again. I'm seriously looking for a new place to live because of this.
