I have been a member of the Energy Credit Union for about 30 years. In all these years I have enjoyed an excellent banking relationship with them. Staff are always professional and courteous. I appreciate the awesome customer service I receive here. Staff members are always willing to make suggestions and provide banking solutions which work in my favour. The Energy Credit Union offers personalized service that banks can’t match. Special shout-out to Nicole, Mark, Marcia and Miriam for always providing service excellence!!
This company is nothing but an under performer which has no clue on how to scale up and compete in today's modern, tech driven world. Everything is literally all over the place and they can't even put a stop to their shrinking membership. The people who work here have no idea how to do their jobs well and how to boost this company to be in the ranks of high performing credit unions.
I called with questions, and even though they weren't going to be able to help me at their bank, Jessie helped me figure out another solution. Greatly appreciate the good customer service.
