Quick, efficient, and friendly. Great communication from all the techs, nurses, and provider!
Very professional. I was expecting it to be much worse. Made it as easy as possible.
The nurses were excellent. Dr Alejandra Castillo-Roth was not. She was Mom’s gastroenterologist for a first EGD & follow up EGD. The Dr berated my 94 yo Mom for not following instructions that Mom never received. The Dr should take a history. And when at fault, look to herself & the system she’s in.
