Nurses were good, receptionists were good. Was told my husband could be with me in recovery to be an extra set of ears after I'd been sedated. That did not happen. Supposedly the doctor talked to me after the procedure but since id recently been sedated I don't remember any of it. I asked why they didn't bring my husband back for recovery like I was told by every other member of the staff, and they told me that Doctor Dooley likes to rush through things and had already left for the day. Let me just say I’ve never met nurses quite this kind and attentive. My pre-op nurse (Shannon I think was her name) was fantastic. She helped calm my nerves and made sure I had everything I needed (also she made a hand IV feel like nothing so huge props to her). Nurse Bethany helped me after the procedure and she was also very good at her job and had the best bedside manner. The ENTIRE team—Julia, Bethany, Isabel, Lisa, and Dr. Valerio—were outstanding. The communication leading up to my appointment was thorough and precise, every aspect of the day of the procedure was clear, comforting, and made me feel confident. Highly recommend.
