Great service! Everyone is attentive and skillful.
This facility is fabulous! Colonoscopy is not a fun procedure, but the folks who run this business are so kind and professional. Everyone sympathized with me about how hard the preparation for the medical procedure can be. There were 2 restrooms in the waiting room in case of need and they were used frequently. :) The medical staff, nurses, technicians, and doctors were diligent in gathering the needed information for their tasks in the procedure. The providers were great, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Kitzman who did the colonoscopy. They were pleasant, professional and Dr. Kitzman came into my recovery room right after I came back to full consciousness and told me the results. It was very nice to get immediate feedback. However, the written instructions for what I was required to do in preparation for the procedure were very authoritarian. Not pleasant, and actually not very professional. It put me on edge a bit.
