Once able to smooth out communication and appointment details, my actual procedure was a breeze. I had a wonderful team and especially thank Sam, Katrina & Earl for making me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the process. Dr. U was very nice and made sure I understood what to expect for next steps. Thank you!
Had a great experience. Staff was professional and lighthearted. The whole process went relatively quick too.
I just had a colonoscopy there which was performed by Dr. Syed Khalid, and he did an excellent job and had a good bedside manner. I also want to praise ALL of the staff that I came into contact with as they were extremely nice, friendly, and kind. It was such a friendly and patient-oriented atmosphere, that I was very appreciative of since I was a little nervous about the whole thing! They were all great!
I have done a couple procedures with them I am happy with how they explained everything and they told me upfront and my husband you could not leave the building in case of emergency. Bring what you want when you come in. Expect to be there with your loved one until it's over. They were respectful and informative. The Pill Endoscopy is easy to swallow I have issues with big pills but it's slippery and went down easy. I wish they had a place to see your results online.
