I moved from Encore in 2026. The building is older but rent cont'd to rise year after year & the service seemed to go down more & more particularly after the longtime community manager left. I’d noticed how the carpet in the hallway rarely seemed to be vacuumed anymore (much less shampooed), not even on a weekly basis. The same scraps & debris was there for weeks. We recently moved out of the Encore, a horrendous experience. We referenced reviews and found the Encore had nice feedback and pictures at the time. We communicated with the leasing agent about our situation, the time frame, and asked for complete honesty/transparency, as we did not have enough time to see our unit in person. We felt confident that we were making a good choice. The loading dock was closed, so we had to use a tight-fitting, filthy access door/hallway. This resulted in the majority of our items left dirty. I’ve lived at the Encore for over two years and the experience has been exceptional! The environment, grounds, maintenance is outstanding. The leasing staff is very helpful in particular Brandon Grate.
I’ve lived here for several years and have nothing but positive experiences—from the facilities to the staff. The front of house is exceptional, with Brandon consistently going above and beyond. During the recent floods, he stepped up when it mattered most, bringing a positive energy and reassurance to residents. His contagious smile and can-do attitude truly make a difference. Highly recommend this community for its excellent service and genuine care. Five stars.
Encore Southpark has a genuinely peaceful feel, with quiet, well-kept grounds that make coming home at the end of the day really relaxing. The walkways, common areas, and outdoor spaces are consistently clean and tidy, which shows how well the property is cared for. The staff(especially Brandon) are approachable and professional, and they handle questions and maintenance requests in a friendly, efficient way that makes residents feel looked after. Sources
