Compared to a few years ago with the older owners, this place is now a mess. They took away fitting rooms, sell junk upfront (american flag butter squishy??), and overprice name brand. I no longer shop here knowing it’s not gonna be anything in my interest. It used to be a better place to go compared to goodwill but now they’re both overpriced.
I can't believe this place is still in business. Just as many others have stated, we dropped off some nice items for resale. Mysteriously they have all disappeared. Based off my experience, I don't trust the owners who have taken over this shop (It use to be wonderful!). We simply donate everything now. This place gives me the creeps. So sad how it has changed from what it once was.
A large consignment shop with NO dressing rooms. I understand their concerns about theft, but it's hard to buy clothes without any idea if they fit or will look good. We were told not to worry, anything we bought could easily be returned-no questions asked-within 7 days for a full refund. We bought shoes and an overpriced watch. We were told the watch had been checked and worked. Upon getting it home, it did NOT in fact work. Wasted our valuable time returning to the store, only to have to go up to a manager for a refund. If zero stars was an option- encore would receive zero. Don’t consign here- dropped off a number of higher end pieces- it appears the workers took them for themselves- as the girl checking in said they take what they want when people drop things off. Oddly-of the 19 items I dropped off- only 2 have made it to the sales floor. Would rather donate to an organization where it benefits those in need. Won’t consign or shop here again.
0000 STARS FOR ME!!! THE PLACE IS A RIPOFF!! THEY SAY THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING, THEN YOU TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT AND YOU GO TO SEE IF THE ITEMS GOT SOLD AND THEY DON’T SHOW UP ON YOUR ACCOUNT, YOU GO IN THE STORE AND THE ITEMS HAVE MYSTERIOUSLY VANISHED, WITH NO EXPLANATION FROM OWNERS AND NO MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT!! I HAD NUMBERED PAINTINGS AND NAME BRAND PANTS AS WELL THAT THEY CAN’T ACCOUNT FOR!??? WON’T BE BACK!!! I’D RATHER DONATE IT ALL TO SOMEONE THAT NEEDS IT!!!!!
