Don’t ever bring your clothes or anything here to sell! You leave your name and phone number. Call them the day after multiple times and no one picks up. Call multiple times after that, When you finally get ahold of them they say they got rid of everything you brought in. Disrespectful people and awful customer service! Would have donated clothes if I knew they would be like this! 81 shirts and 9 pairs of shoes! I repeat don’t ever bring anything here!
Bad customer service, you try to call them for anything and they don’t answer. Don’t shop here!
Do not consign. I brought over two full racks of clothes. No rips. Columbia. Nike. Brand new shoes. I have pictures. I double checked they had my phone number. No-one told me I had to call. They said they would get ahold of me. I told them I would pick up what was not taken. We didn’t hear from them for a couple days we called and they did not pick up. We forgot about it for a little while life gets busy. We called to check And see why we did not gotten a call and if there was any Items that we needed to pick up. Or what hap... read more
