I am so sad with how the store organization and cleanliness has changed with new ownership. It now closely resembles the arc or goodwill when it used to feel like more like tj maxx.
I am not a review person but I thought I would warn you.... The Encore Shop stole my consignment clothes and my money. I dropped off a bunch of name brand clothes with the tags still on them and they just mysteriously disappeared from their inventory. When I confronted them about the situation, they acted like it didn't matter to them. When I said "you stole my stuff, " really loudly that's when they started to listen. They had a lot of inventory! Lots of things to look at. Fun!
I brought in five items to be consigned only to go back and check on them for them to tell me they've been given to charity!! Don't trust these people.
