Skeptically leaving this review and will update when/if I move out anytime in the near future. If I could give no stars for this place I would. My partner and I were so excited and signed our lease here two months ago. A week before we were supposed to move in we were told that we would need to push back our move in date which was just not feasible for us as were both working demanding jobs and had taken off the days of moving two months ago when we signed our lease. Only for them to tell us a week before that they still have people living in the unit we were supposed to be moving into in a week. This obviously caused... read more
Worst place I ever stayed,racist leasing office members, u have to beg for maintenance I've lived with a water leaking from the upstairs bathroom straight in the kitchen took them 2 months before it got fixed, trying to fill a claim at the district court the guy that should filled the claim is defending by saying they always do the maintenance on their buildings....after move out they charged me on a month that I didn't lived at the place....
Stephanie in the office is very helpful and understanding. Maintenance comes quickly and repairs things the right way the first time. Never had an issue. Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood feels safe
The WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED!!! I still currently live here, honestly folks save your money it just looks good from the outside that’s it!! MY CAR GOT BROKEN INTO IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD. I honestly hate it here. EVERYTHING BREAKS DOWN AND MAINTENANCE IS SO SLOW . F this place never move here
