1. Lived in an 83° unit from August to October with zero relief. Finally got moved to a different unit and was so graciously credited for two free months of covered parking for the inconvenience! My A/C has not been working properly at all this season. Every time maintenance “fixes” it, the unit freezes up. The maintenance man told me yesterday there was one thing left to do: clean the coils. Now, my bedroom duct no longer blows air and I have already had to turn it off and unfreeze it twice since he left. Now I’ve woken up to the unit frozen again. Not happy I just signed on for another year because I’m not moving during COVID. 👎🏽
So just moved in and I have to say I love this place! The staff is great and the apartment is great. Definitely would recommend

The remodeled apartments are so cute! The office staff goes above and beyond. The maintenance team always takes care of us swiftly. Great location too!
