The communication from management was disappointing, and getting issues addressed felt like pulling teeth. Went to enclave at Riverdale apartments. I met with this lady named Michelle. She was very nice, she took me around, showed me a two bedroom. She also showed me the amenities. the apartment that I was shown looked nice. I put in an application. I'm just going to say that the staff at the enclave is a great staff and they did very well when they were showing me my apartment. And I would suggest anyone go take a look because you would be very pleased to see what's back there at the enclave.
I’ve had a great experience living at Enclave at Riverdale. The community is nice, the staff is helpful, and I especially want to give a shoutout to Ray in the office. Ray is always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help residents. She truly makes you feel valued and welcomed. Great job, Ray, and thank you for all you do!
I currently live here and only been here for 7months, This is by far the WORST apartment i’ve ever lived in. My AC has been out several times since i’ve moved in. The first time maintenance had a bucket inside the AC unit where water was dripping into and instead of replacing it, then they emptied the bucket out and place it back in there three months later my AC went out again, water all over the floor because the bucket overfilled this past time I’m currently without air. it is the middle of summer and my whole unit is 78°... read more
