If you love your loved one DO NOT bring them here it took me a year to write this ..my poor dad was at montefiore for 2 weeks (he was doing great) then they sent him here because he became Oxygen dependent and they just wanted him to get stronger before he went home... I visited a friend and looked at many things that give sadness, and the treatment they give in this place to patients. They do not help them to eat the patients that I feel sad.
What a wonderful, positive environment. The staff has been encouraging, creating a cheerful atmosphere that makes recovery feel less daunting. At first I was nervous to leave my mom at The Concave but now I feel calm that she is okay there.
