My experience at The Enclave at Northgate, from application to move-in was nothing short of amazing. As a first-time renter, I was very nervous about the process and unsure if my application would even be approved. To my surprise, it was approved in less than 24 hours! Leasing Agent Matthew is truly an asset to the company. He was warm, welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I’m saddened that I was so looking forward to having a bigger apartment only to find that my apartment home came without window blinds and a whole host of other problems . I email the leasing team and management every day requesting a time line as to when I can get my maintenance request done. Nothing! I have only been my apartment less than a month, and already feel unhappy with my decision.
Moving in has been a great experience so far. Bryan has been incredibly genuine and forthcoming throughout the whole process and was one of the many reasons I decided to move here.
Words cannot fully capture how grateful we are to Angelika and the incredible staff at The Enclave for making one of the most important days of our lives absolutely unforgettable.
