Building management responded to my maintenance request within 24 hrs, this is way beyond my expectations, especially considering the size of this apartment complex. I'm truly impressed !

Real stand-up gentlemen that does great maintenance work and is prompt with communicating through all work that is in progress, complete, and realistic about the timeline to finish. He’s dedicated to solving problems as my neighbor mentioned she had discussed with him prior to maintenance work that had gone unanswered for multiple weeks by the leasing office. My experience at The Enclave at Northgate, from application to move-in was nothing short of amazing. As a first-time renter, I was very nervous about the process and unsure if my application would even be approved. To my surprise, it was approved in less than 24 hours! Leasing Agent Matthew is truly an asset to the company. He was warm, welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
