We will never move to a Meritage development again. They cut corners and build cheaply. There is literally one coat of paint on the walls, if that. If stucco is missing and it’s not done with in a year oh well. Promises made by superintendent and not kept. Will be definitely calling corporate. A lot of my neighbors feel the same way. They really don’t care about you after you sign those papers.
I came to tour this community with my family, and we absolutely loved it! The homes are beautiful, and the amenities are exceptional. Frannie was incredibly helpful and friendly — she made the experience even better. We’re so satisfied with the customer service. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Frankie and Tim lied several times in the purchase and 10 day warranty process. Nash lacks follow up and follow through. They need to step up their customer service especially with the prices we pay for these homes.
