I'll be a new homeowner in this neighborhood soon. I got in pretty much at the last minute, as all homes have been sold and the builder (Milestone) is on their way out. Anyway the house meets my needs, and I'm expecting the area to grow which will help home values. The lots are very small, and I'm anticipating parking will be an issue. HOA fees are ridiculously high given no amenities; hopefully this will be addressed once the homeowners take over the HOA.
