I've lived here for two years. It has been a quiet area, cannot hear neighbors. I do most of my shopping on Amazon and I have never had a package go missing even if it sits outside for a couple of days. Other residents are friendly. The maintenance staff are courteous and responsive to requests filed through through the portal. It's only a few minutes to the Rocky River Reservation.
