I moved in January and the maintenance and Arlene are absolutely amazing. However, Blake the manager is rude and lacks people skills. I went to him with a few concerns one being a safety concern and he was very rude and gave off he could care less. We got into an argument because he raised his voice first and I told him to not speak to me that way. I lived in enclave for 2 years and had a horrible experience. Maintenance always took forever. During the freeze of 2022/2023 the person pipes above me froze and burst into my apartment. They ripped apart my utility closet and it was left until May and was full of mold. Every month there are charges for trash and water and sewer that is different than the next and there was never any explanation of how they got to those charges aside from “we split it up amongst everyone” with no proof of the initial cost. Ice maker stopped working so we turned it in. They did everything they could and got it fixed . Great job both office and worker’s.
This property is not well managed or taken care of. I have lived in numerous apartments, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Hey, but at least they have a nice pond…. oh wait, that is just the flooding that happens near the back apartments every time it rains. If you plan to move into a first floor apartment, I’d recommend investing in a canoe.
Easily #1 worst place I've EVER lived & I've lived in 5 states since 2018. This has been a long time coming. I moved to Kentucky in 2020 & originally had an apartment in building 8 here. Opening that apartment I found water leaking in the kitchen, laundry room & living room. The wood floors were covered in dusted boot prints & maintenance tore up the kitchen linoleum pulling the stove out trying to find the leak source.
