ONLY 2 Parking spaces. I don’t live here, but we did tour. Three bedroom apartment is nice overall; smallest bedroom is small for an adult tho. We were looking to book with three adults and were notified you can not have more than two vehicles per unit. Not necessarily an issue for some people but just a disclaimer for those who it would affect.
If I could give this complex, a zero star rating, I would this complex finds any excuse to add additional charges to your monthly rent, Along with that this community is not kid friendly. I have received several notifications that kids (pre teens) can’t play in the Streets But the park equipment that they have is $600 equipment fitted for a Single-family home backyard The only other grass kids can play in is a dog park. The property manager, Kelly is useless. Yes, I am a resident. No, I do not want the staff to be able to identify me because I have to live here. If you are decent in any way, or have class, look elsewhere. Don't take my (anonymous) word for it, come park (in a visitor's space, of course) and watch for an hour or two. Let me address all the negatives on Fire Alarms I see. I live in a "D" style. I think it's a classic case of you get what you pay for. Larger floor plan has more perks. I DO NOT have the issues I see others mentioning, but I do have a maintenance background and my mental wheels were turning. Less lateral length and therefore any part of the floor plan will be closure to a detector. People have addressed safety concerns on people not taking alarms seriously.
