The kids here are unbelievable. They destroy property, cars, houses, equipment and even are very disrespectful to us residents. Me and others can’t wait for our lease to end so we can leave because these kids make it unlivable. No one warned me about them It’s a nightmare. They basically run this complex. Anonymous so they dont retailiate
Not very pleasant to live at. Super expensive for no reason. We had constant disturbances, the walls are very thin. Overall just not worth the money and hassle it was to get into this place. The pool didn’t even work all summer. I don’t recommend it.
Built about 4 years ago and everything is breaking and not being repaired or maintained. The pool opened late last year due to repairs. It’s July 15th 2026 and the pool is clearly not opening for the season at all. Trash bins in the pool area are still full and knocked over from LAST SUMMER. Playground equipment has been broken for over 2 years. At first they attempted to fix it but there’s so many unruly unsupervised children it’s broken the next day. ONLY 2 Parking spaces. I don’t live here, but we did tour. Three bedroom apartment is nice overall; smallest bedroom is small for an adult tho. We were looking to book with three adults and were notified you can not have more than two vehicles per unit. Not necessarily an issue for some people but just a disclaimer for those who it would affect.
