LaJuana provided excellent service. She was prompt in returning emails, phone calls and texts! Building a house during the middle of a pandemic led to delays and supply chain issues, but LaJuana and Chris were honest with timelines and were quick to let us know of a delay or change in schedule. We received weekly emails updating us on the progress and what the plan was for the following week. Kerley Family Homes built our first home in The Enclave at Durham Lakes. They were a fantastic company to work with. Their design center had so many beautiful options to choose from! We were updated weekly with pictures and a description of our home’s progress. They were quick to respond with any inquiries we had and always did their best to accommodate any requests.
