UPDATE: They fixed all of these problems, and were very nice and patient. No more problems with the trash, mold, then entire front door was replaced. Renewing our lease🩷 DO NOT LIVE HERE, mold and roof leaks, maitinence left out stove in the middle of our apartment. Valet trash is NEVER picked up and we have developed MAGGOTS outside our front door. The Front door batteries die constantly and lock us out of the house at least 3 times now, with medications and pets locked inside. Humidity was at 85% at one point INSIDE. Nail... read more
Kayla is the best person for you if you want to rent your new home. She does a great job handling the papers and delivering information. After you move in it's clear that all the staff is there to assist you and help the best way they can. A really wonderful place to live.

I have not enjoyed living here. The buildings all smell like trash because there is trash in the hallways 5 days out of the week for pick up. There is a huge flea issue even with veterinarian prescribed medications. The manager in the office is rude and very assuming when asked to fix an issue stating, “we would need to replace the whole door frame” when in reality the lock mechanism was broken and only THAT needed to be replaced.
