Terrible experience, they lost leasing documents and payment setup documents and when I went to turn off lease they told me that you are not on the lease. When I asked if I am not on lease then why I am getting charged every month and then they told any one can setup Payment so I asked if I am getting charger by you then there is process and documents work that need to be complete so I asked for that documents and guess what they don’t have that documents.
