I have lived here 1.5 years with my sister out of the 2 years we have been leasing. We experienced a brown recluse infestation here which was never resolved. My sister was bit by one and had to go to the ER. I have been living elsewhere for the past 6 months with the lease here ending this month. I brought 4 of the many brown recluse spiders to the main office today to explain why I will not be renewing my lease and ask if they could shorten the 60 day notification requirement. Just got a whopping $254 power bill because we live on the 3rd floor and its "normal" no no it's not! We've lived on the 3rd floors apartments with vaulted ceilings and at most our bill was $120 during the summer. You don't get what you pay for. The deck beams are rotten too watch your step.
