Would not recommend living here, The office staff are extremely short and snotty. I feel like I’m being watched 24 seven with the staff driving past my window with golf cart Multiple times every day. Also be prepared for inspections every 1-2 months. This complex has zero respect for one’s privacy, and the maintenance is extremely rude and does not ever come in a timely manner. Will never live here again. The only positive thing about this complex is that it comes fully furnished, has two gyms and two pools.
Best place you can find the staff is amazing the maintenance is on top of everything. It’s quiet and very convenient.
Update Feb. 2024- I’ve now lived at The Enclave 7+ years and feel much the same as I stated previously. Maintenance staff are very responsive; office staff is friendly and helpful. Neighbors are great. It’s a safe and quiet place to live. Easy access to the Macomb rail trails and a short drive to Stony Creek Metropark. Lots of shopping options, medical, dental, and banks within a 2 mile radius. There really is no downside to living at The Enclave. Posted 2018 ….. We had my grandma living there in 2016-2017 until we moved her in with us for health reasons she needed a lot more cae by then but the whole time she loved it It was a beautiful place to live very clean and spacious apartments we really liked that everything was ranch style and wheel chair accessibility you don’t see that many places even new construction lately so that was a bonus for us and having laundry in your apartment the complex staff was very polite and great to work with never a issue.
