Update Jan. 2026 - I’m still here and love it! I wanted to add another compliment about the on-site maintenance team. Not only do, they have responsibility for maintaining the inside of our residences, but they have the added task of snow removal and let me tell you, they work tirelessly, sometimes through the night, to make certain that our driveways and sidewalks and walkways are passable. A family member lived here for 2 years and it was great. No noise from neighboring apartments and management/maintenance was attentive and good. A very positive experience for them.
Would not recommend living here, The office staff are extremely short and snotty. I feel like I’m being watched 24 seven with the staff driving past my window with golf cart Multiple times every day. Also be prepared for inspections every 1-2 months. This complex has zero respect for one’s privacy, and the maintenance is extremely rude and does not ever come in a timely manner. Will never live here again. The only positive thing about this complex is that it comes fully furnished, has two gyms and two pools.
Best place you can find the staff is amazing the maintenance is on top of everything. It’s quiet and very convenient.
