Roach infested apartments. The staff is a complete joke. It's like dealing with rude clowns. They say one thing and then will say something completely different. I've had better customer service from mosquitoes at a BBQ. They dont answer phones but are punctual on their lunch breaks. Its ridiculous. I will never send anyone I care about to this place. It'd be questionable even for my enemies.
I enjoyed living here, and I like how friendly and approachable the front office manager Kristen is! However, the head manager Kim Gaines does not act in good faith in my opinion. An example would be doing something like choosing to apologize on Google reviews first for what happened instead of personally—she's more concerned for her reputation versus actually taking accountability to improve it. Why is it the nobody ever answer phone. It would be nice if you would have your office hours on the greeting. This way we don’t have to make a trip for nothing.
First and foremost, if I could give six stars, I would. at the wonderful enclave apartments I had a great experience. Kim and Kiersten were very polite and professional Thank you so much. I can't recommend enough I will be telling all My friends and family to live at The beautiful enclave apartments.
