If I could give it 0 starts I would. They never answer the phone nor are they ever in the office working or helping people. I don’t know how this place runs been trying to see the place for the past 2 weeks they just keep Canceling my appointment. Various times people have been waiting outside the doors with no answer.
The worst experience I have ever encountered dealing with a leasing manager. Extremely rude, and snappy. Unknowledgeable when it came to answering simple questions about leasing agreements and apartment conditions. While conducting a walk through, the place seems dirty and infested. No thank you.
