Horrible customer service an staff, nobody answers the phone. You email supposedly the office person, its not. They refer you to another person. I just want my fees back. Ill be intown soon, ill have to pull up an be face to face to get some results i guess.

I've been here for about 7 months, and while the experience was initially nice, the quality of service has gone down since then. The place is in no way perfect and that's fine. Every place has it's pros and cons, but the lack of communication and the way some problems get solved has become an issue. Some problems they will not even handle such as my internet service not even functioning which, come to find out was the wiring in our unit being so bad that we had to have a technician come out and install a brand new one. So I called the office today and a rude man answered the phone. Al wanted to know is if i could schedule a viewing and if they had any available units and he just seemed so unhelpful and not willing to give me the time of day. He just told me to look online. Like the website didnt give me any info on availability thats why I called. So unhelpful and rude. Yall need new staffing in that leasing office
