There are some amazing staff that need a shout-out! Summer (the Leasing and Marketing Director) with TJ (the new CA) came to my rescue. My refrigerator went out and maintenance wasn't in. Summer and TJ went out of their way to personally make sure I had a working fridge same-day. They even brought one up an entire flight of stairs. I truly felt important to them and I want The Den to know they need to hold onto these amazing human beings!
I wish I could give zero stars. They moved me into an apartment that had been trashed by the previous tenant, with animal feces and smoke residue everywhere. Even their maintenance team admitted they had no time to properly clean. What I toured in the show apartment was a dream – what I moved into was a nightmare. Day 1 was spent cleaning the apartment and battling their clunky inspection app that kept crashing. Stayed here for around 4 years and have nothing but good things to say.
Absolutely the worst property management I’ve ever dealt with. Some kind of works happening evry damn day and no peace of mind. We’ve been without electricity for over 24 hours, and not a single update, apology, or solution from management. This isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility or care for tenants.
