Please do not move here, we are stuck living here for another year with the consequences of THEIR negligence. I should have noticed the red flags when the office sent out the lease renewal back in late September, they offered me a renewal that would only see about a $15 increase per month for the 2026-2027. I would not move here if I were you, especially if you have kids. We have been dealing with an upstairs neighbor who likes to smoke weed in her apartment. We were told these apartments are non-smoking. She sometimes uses her exhaust fan in her bathroom, and it comes straight down into our apartment, so our apartment smells like it. We also have a 5-year-old, and I’m pregnant right now. We have contacted the front desk multiple times about this, and nothing is being done about it.
Wish I could give -stars, this place has been a nightmare for my daughter. The lack a help from management work order issues is absolutely ridiculous!!! It's been 3 MONTHS!!! Since an initial request for an AC to be fixed now she had mold!! She had been to dr for cough, chest infection and roommate had been Ill as well. No call backs from office to parents. And attempt to fix 3 months later is a paint job and new filter. Mold is still in ventilation system im sure... plus now AC is down again. I'm forced to hire my own compa... read more
The AC in my apartment was down since January, 2026 and has not been repaired as of today (March 26). I would like to document the timeline here, hoping that it will be resolved promptly, as the weather is getting hot: - In January, I was told that the AC needs new parts and that they were ordered. On January 22, Imani from the management team said that the parts were supposed to arrive on Jan 21, but were still in route. The parts have not arrived as of today (March 26).
