I lived at the Den for about 2 years. I was there with the original ownership and saw the transition to the new owners. Since then things went down hill significantly. One incident happened when we got our apartments renovated (new cabinets and appliances). They had an industrial size dumpster outside to dispose of the old cabinets and appliances, but it soon became full. They left this dumpster full for about six months. I wish I could give zero stars. They moved me into an apartment that had been trashed by the previous tenant, with animal feces and smoke residue everywhere. Even their maintenance team admitted they had no time to properly clean. What I toured in the show apartment was a dream – what I moved into was a nightmare. Day 1 was spent cleaning the apartment and battling their clunky inspection app that kept crashing. After 10+ failed attempts to submit the move-in inspection, I sent a detailed email with photos of the damage. The... read more
I have such mixed emotions about this place. I will say that the head manager Stephanie is a super star, tries incredibly hard to make things work/improve with the ownership change. My unit is a two bedroom, and was the model, so I’d say it is of higher quality than the others. The landscaping is nice, the property has a unique feel/vibe, I have never felt unsafe, sense of community, and some things are nicely renovated.
