Beware before moving. The apartments DO NOT have ceiling lights in any of the bedrooms or living room. You have to bring personal lamps for that. I was not informed about that before moving. The unit is very spacious and clean. The appliances and carpets are new. My washer and dryer both were not working when I first tried to use them. This happened on a weekend. That should be functional when someone new is moving. Waiting for their response.
I’ve lived here for 17+ years. This is far more than liking The Enclave. I love living here!
Update, 09 September 2024: *Still* an outstanding location, with phenomenal staff. I would be very happy to recommend this as a high-quality location to anyone looking to rent in the Beavercreek area. Not just a great location, close to all the shopping of the Beavercreek area, but also top-quality administration and staff. I'd like to give an extra thanks to Brad from maintenance who replaced my range when it was broken - he's a real professional. Very happy to live here.
I am just a week old at enclave and I love my new home.The serenity,the landscaping,well maintained amenities are just on another level.Daria and Julie are amazing,so kind and they made my move in easy...I would recommend enclave to anyone looking for a place to call home.
A good-quality apartment complex. Facilities are well-maintained, landscaping is excellent. Appliances are good quality. Soundproofing is rock-solid. Maintenance is usually very prompt about responding to issues. Location is unbeatable if you're working for a government contractor.
