This is one of several properties that my husband and I toured with our son, as he was preparing to relocate to the Beavercreek/Fairborn area for work. This is an absolutely beautiful apartment complex, with lots of green space, older trees, and BEAUTIFUL landscaping (I especially LOVE the hanging baskets at the pool). The unit is very spacious and clean. The appliances and carpets are new.
Beware before moving. The apartments DO NOT have ceiling lights in any of the bedrooms or living room. You have to bring personal lamps for that. I was not informed about that before moving. The unit is very spacious and clean. The appliances and carpets are new. My washer and dryer both were not working when I first tried to use them. This happened on a weekend. That should be functional when someone new is moving. Waiting for their response.
