Sounds like this place needs new management
Applied here back in January, now it’s March and they have sent me to a debt collector over $100???? I never moved here and unsure as to why this is the case if I payed my application fees and they never sent me any letters or calls letting me know I owed any additional fees. RIDICULOUS AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. BE CAREFUL APPLYING HERE BECAUSE YOU MAY JUST GET SENT TO COLLECTIONS FOR JUST APPLYING.
Kiara was a great help with the apartment tour. MAA enclave has spacious apartments and the location is also great. All in all a good apartment complex.
Wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Josh on the maintenance team! I currently work a very early morning shift and ended up working nearly a double yesterday. When I got home I found that my refrigerator was not cooling anything. I put in a ticket and then called the emergency maintenance line around 6 PM. Josh was in the apartment within 25 minutes to assess the situation. He was able to figure out that the compressor and the main control panel had gone out on the unit and he was unable to fix it. Justin and Von from maintenance and Kiara from the front desk have been phenomenal at helping us get our issues resolved in a timely manner. Kiara has always been very communicative and has called us back with updates on maintenance and other requests. Great crew!
