DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been living here for 8 months and it has been unlivable for half the time from having cockroaches. The pest control sent from MAA said the issue shouldn't last longer than a month, but the horrible communication from the Enclave office and property manager prolonged the issue for 3 months until I was on my last straw. They would take weeks to respond to phone calls and emails and always failed to follow up. The pest control people they sent would always do the bare minimum to resolve the issue.
