Constant maintenance issues have made living here a nightmare lately. The fire alarms will literally damage your hearing and have gone off multiple times at all hours of the day. Management has been incompetent in communicating any solutions or accommodating residents for disturbing their peace. The fountain in the courtyard needs to be fixed, but it has just sat unattended for months. Our family lived in the Enclave apartment complex for nearly 6 years, across different units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. To be honest, we enjoyed our pre-Covid stay more, as the community hosted regular events, had a full-time leasing office open Monday–Saturday (9 AM–6 PM, excluding holidays), and maintained a clean swimming pool. Post-Covid, leasing agents kept changing every few months. I had been looking for an apartment for over a year, and none had met my expectations—until I came here to MAA. The service and attention from Ms. Keyanna is incredibly wonderful. The rent fits our needs, the place is very fresh, clean, organized, and peaceful. I 100% recommend this place—you won’t regret it. On top of that, it’s a super quiet area and we have no issues getting around. I’m happy in my new home.
