Beautiful property. I went for a tour and Kiara was phenomenal!! She was very friendly and helpful.
Constant maintenance issues have made living here a nightmare lately. The fire alarms will literally damage your hearing and have gone off multiple times at all hours of the day. Management has been incompetent in communicating any solutions or accommodating residents for disturbing their peace. The fountain in the courtyard needs to be fixed, but it has just sat unattended for months. Our family lived in the Enclave apartment complex for nearly 6 years, across different units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. To be honest, we enjoyed our pre-Covid stay more, as the community hosted regular events, had a full-time leasing office open Monday–Saturday (9 AM–6 PM, excluding holidays), and maintained a clean swimming pool. Post-Covid, leasing agents kept changing every few months.
