Would I live here again? - Yes. Reason I would live here again is because of the location. It felt very safe and tucked away; yet still close enough to everything. I think the review should really be rated more like a 3.5 star, but my overall experience was fine and so I rated 4 star and not down, which I think is fair. I had termites and holes in the wall for nesting in my daughter’s room. The pool is always dirty and they rush tenants out at 10pm rudely by the officer/tenant on duty. I have a plumbing smell due to no one using the unit in a while was their excuse. Worse experience and the most I ever paid.
Greystar has not addressed my maintenance issues in a timely manner. Mold in an apartment and rainwater entering the unit are unacceptable, particularly after repairs were completed in 2023. Additionally, the water heater was installed in 2007, is well beyond its expected service life, and, to my knowledge, has never been serviced during my entire tenancy.
I'm a current resident & I'm constantly getting ignored on my submitted work order requests. It’s not my goal to bother anyone; I’m simply trying to have a peaceful stress free life. Which is why I chose luxury living. It's been months of the same unresolved issues with my appliances- both inside & outside my unit. I feel like this is my only way to be heard at this point.
