On July 26th, I was double-charged application fees through Paramount at Cedar Lodge’s system ($205 valid, plus two extra $55 charges). I immediately emailed the leasing office with proof, but I have been ignored for weeks. No response, no correction, and no professionalism. I’ve now had to escalate this to Greystar corporate. If you’re applying here, watch your bank account closely - they do not address billing errors.
One of the best places I’ve ever lived maintenance is amazing, management in the office are quick about everything and the events have been fantastic. I just wish the gym would be fixed. I understand that’s above maintenance and the office but all in all this is a great place to live and it’s very family orientated and this is coming from someone that’s lived here for five years.
Nice staff but expensive for what you get. Pool is always green and dirty, gate is broken, half the gym is broken including the water station, treadmills, and elliptical. Maintenance takes forever and usually does a poor job. I cant justify paying 1600 a month for “luxury” when its anything but.
Applied, never received any update. They never respond to your email.
