Apartment 8107 was my apartment. First of all I would like to say my experience living there at Paramount for 4 yrs has been a pleasure one. Shout out to the lady that lived above me in 8207. She was one out of four tenants that lived there during my time that was so respectful of me below her. I haven't had any problems that the Maintenance crew didn't take care of in a timely manner. The ladies are such sweethearts, and they help me with pretty much everything I be needing. Tiara, Corteiona, Cecilia are always positive and address my needs in timely manners.
My experience here with Tiara is an example of great customer service and someone who has the skills and personality for the job. After my tour I knew that this was the place for me. Customer service is always number one for me. Everything else can be worked out. This place is quiet and tucked away. I love having access to garage parking. Go in and speak with Tiara so that she can get you into your new place this year.
Recently toured the property and had a great experience. The communication started out strong, but once I submitted my application and paid the fees, I stopped receiving updates. My emails went unanswered, and my calls were not returned. I eventually had to visit the office in person to get any information. The lack of follow up and clear communication ultimately led me to choosing another community.
