A very bad experience. The man answering the phone was very rude, speaking to me as if I was annoying him. He incorrectly said the arrangement I wanted to send does not come in a wooden box, although he did apologize for that when he looked up the arrangement on their website and saw it does, But then he told me they did not have 3 of the items in the arrangement, none of which are seasonal. EDIT TLDR: I would avoid at all cost because of the very rude staff (as mentioned in other comments). I never take the time to write a review, but I thought this was time it was worth it. They have "same day delivery" marked all over their website and on actual items. When I called about adding balloons, I was rudely told that they didn't have same day deliver for that item. I said, I didn't realize because the item says, "same day delivery", he was very rude and said there is "a disclaimer that says otherwise".
