I never take the time to write a review, but I thought this was time it was worth it. They have "same day delivery" marked all over their website and on actual items. When I called about adding balloons, I was rudely told that they didn't have same day deliver for that item. I said, I didn't realize because the item says, "same day delivery", he was very rude and said there is "a disclaimer that says otherwise". And he tells me yes that’s what I JUST said, his tone was already super irritated.
