I never take the time to write a review, but I thought this was time it was worth it. They have "same day delivery" marked all over their website and on actual items. When I called about adding balloons, I was rudely told that they didn't have same day deliver for that item. I said, I didn't realize because the item says, "same day delivery", he was very rude and said there is "a disclaimer that says otherwise". EDIT TLDR: I would avoid at all cost because of the very rude staff (as mentioned in other comments). I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience really left a bad impression. I placed a $100+ order online for an all-white floral arrangement this morning. Shortly after, I got a confirmation email, and then minutes later another email saying my order was cancelled — no explanation, no phone call, nothing.
