I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience really left a bad impression. I placed a $100+ order online for an all-white floral arrangement this morning. Shortly after, I got a confirmation email, and then minutes later another email saying my order was cancelled — no explanation, no phone call, nothing. The flowers were beautiful, my wife loved them.
The customer service here is atrocious. My sister in law paid for flowers to be delivered to my wife for mothers day. SIL received notification they were delivered. My wife never got them, so she contacted the florist. Florist stated the driver delivered them and they need to trust their driver. We have a video doorbell, and we were home all day on the day they claimed to have delivered them to someone who answered the door.
