During a time of sadness, I called Cathy or Cassie from the Enchanted Florist in Newtown Toowoomba for assistance to send flowers to our loved ones. Care, professionalism, kindness and understanding was received from the first moment of contact. Friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Flowers are of a decent quality, pricey, but I dont buy flowers very often, so I dont know what the mean price is. Aside that, great florist
