Very unhappy - my fiancé posted the roses I got below. Shop owner is rightful see ya next Tuesday. Wouldn’t do business here, also reporting to BBB considering all the 1 starts would never want to get flowers from here again. $70+ for roses that aren’t bigger than the size of a quarter.

Second year of disappointment. Pictures on the website do not represent the real product. I received an underwhelming bouquet with 2 normal looking roses and the rest were tiny, baby looking, roses. I've attached what the website showed for Premium, because that is what I ordered. My pictures show a few angles. I tried calling to discuss it, but she said that I should have known they would be small roses because the description says "spray roses"... I am not a florist, how could I have known that? This florist was extremely accommodating and did a wonderful job with the arrangement. She even expedited the delivery so a relative in the hospital could enjoy the flowers, which were beautiful!. I highly recommend this florist.

Kind, patient and friendly- also a huge thing you don’t see often anymore honest. The flower arrangement was gorgeous, exactly what we asked for and she went above and beyond on delivery. Thank you for helping to make my birthday special.
