Iv been a member,o can i say that?but anyway u wouldnt understand it unless u were in the Empty Glass in the 90s ,is and always will be one of my favorite bars in charleston ,wv EAST END
Best place ever!!! The people there are so nice and very accepting. They even put up with me. I must say I LOVE HEATHER'S HAPPY HOUR...and I love you Heather.
Friendly. Convenient. LIVE ENTERTAINMENT. Intelligent conversation. Laughs. Heathers Happy Hour is second to none. Heather. A place where everybody knows your name, and if not they still talk to you and make you feel welcome.
