Went for cruise party with my friends and had very disappointing experience on this cruise. The security staff were extremely unprofessional and treated guests with a rude attitude. Instead of helping resolve concerns respectfully, they made the situation worse. The cruise crew was also unhelpful and lacked basic customer service. I expected a fun and enjoyable experience, but the poor behavior of the security and crew completely ruined it. I would not recommend this cruise based on how guests are treated.
We did the “TORONTO SUMMER YACHT PARTY CRUISE 2026!” and honestly was speechless. While the description said “Top 40 • Hip Hop • R&B • Afrobeats • Reggaeton • EDM • Latin • Dancehall • Throwbacks • Amapiano • Pop • House” with DJs taking requests, it was all amateur rappers performing, freestyling and shooting music videos with their friends. Not the vibe for a group expecting to actually dance.
