Great experience
We went for bollywood cruise night. They were adding 18% gratuity on every order. I don’t have a problem paying tip, but it should not be added automatically. If it’s a dine place which has it mentioned on the menu about the automatic gratuity, it makes sense, but with an open bar in doesn’t make sense to add automatic gratuity. When I asked about it, they said it’s the policy and I am not allowed to change it.
This one is a first for me to rate an event. I don’t know who to start with, the event planner or the cruise line. Security took a few of my candies I had in my bag for emergency sugar level. Said I can get something on the boat if I need to. Board time was 2pm, departure was 3pm. Time they actually departed was 4:15pm. They return to dock at 6pm, when the advertised time was 7pm. This boat is traaaaaash! It’s filthy, it’s stinky, it took forever to board (an hour late), and did not return back on schedule. Nobody has ever given this boat a wipe down and it shows! The ad online states that drinks are between $7-$9 which is a bold face LIE $12+ is what you will pay. The bartenders are also so slow at killing the queues.
