First let me say I did not get therapy from MyiShanka McMillian-I had reached out and was going to, but it was going to be Zoom and for my own journey I need in person. That being said-from the very beginning I got an immediate response to my initial inquiry, was given instructions on what to do, and got the portal log in quickly. This place is nice & relaxing when I started this therapy I was not in a good place . I was so depressed I started thinking heavily about my life. When I started seeing Ms. Mya she was so amazing & understanding and she knew exactly how I felt. She really help me to look at some things in my life a different way.. Ms. Mya has helped me discover things within myself that has needed revealing and healing. Each session has unlocked a new area of reevaluation and concluded with a resolution. I am so grateful that I found her.

She is a great therapist and not only does she have confidence in herself she shows the confidence that she has in her clients of what they can overcome with their battles in life. She gives you that comfort and the feeling of being in a safe space knowing that she is there to listen and suggest helpful options that you can take thats better for you at your own pace and not judge you for being human and making mistakes sometimes.
