Save the phone call to even ask............ Find another firm. And TJ need to DELETE was he received in email. To see they deal with discrimination claims but I could not get any assistance as an African American male being discriminated against by the Air Force.
Don't do it! 22k for a retainer is nuts
Despicable. Unethical. Unprofessional. The reviews you've read about their billing practices are absolutely true. This firm will charge you excessively for every single thing including administrative tasks that are usually considered not billable. And don't question them about it because you will be met with dismissive and belittling communication and treatment from Scott. My cousin wishes she had taken into account the reviews before retaining this law firm.
