I did not ultimately end up engaging with this group, but I can say at least for the consultation and pre-engagement phases they were incredibly helpful. The intake specialist was thorough and thoughtful and the attorney who followed up with me by phone, Mr. Oswalt, was likewise. The reason reasons I did not ultimately avail myself of their services had nothing to do with the firm itself and I would use them if needed.
TELG has a dedicated staff starting from intake, and they are genuinely attentive to your concerns when you need to resolve a legal dispute. Upon making an inquiry, their intake team promptly scheduled a call between me and one of their legal professionals to discuss the case.
