Great experience, laid back environment, very good artist! Went and seen Justin and got two tattoos and my friend got one. Very nice people and they take the time to listen to you and get you what you want. Also, prices are really reasonable. I will be a returning customer!
Had the whole family in there today! My boyfriend was getting tattooed and his sis and I were getting piercings. Very awesome people! Very awesome work! Nothing but good vibes in there! Five stars and will be returning!! Thanks again Dave!

I have a soft spot in my heart for Empire because my sons and I had our memorial tattoos done there . I just had another tattoo done yesterday and Johnny created a beautiful work of art that I now carry with me 💕💕 Excellemt care & will always come back for more tattoos .
