Worst app I've ever come across. DO NOT contact them. They are not an urgent care. If important or you need help do not use their app. The Worst I've ever seen... the lady on the phone said they don't do covid testing but it's clearly on their app, smfh...
The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. My apt was at 10am and I arrived as told at 9:45am. I was patiently waiting in the waiting room until 6 other people who came in after me were called to the back. I politely asked the reasoning and told her I have to open my boutique at 11am. The lady at the front desk asked if I wanted to reschedule in a smart way. I rejected the offer since I’ve been patiently waiting since 9:45. Went to get X-rays but needed a walk-in service. Asked if they take walk-ins, they told me to go to the building across the street. The problem is I had just come from the building they directed me to and I was told it’s “primary care”, not “urgent care” so they couldn’t take me. I tried again and got the same answer so somebody in that building doesn’t seem to have an understanding of the services their company offers. clean nice people from the front desk to the medical assistant to the doctor and dont forget the Phlebotomist man that lady there is nice and man she was quick with the blood drawing 5 star i wish i remember my pcp name but she was helpful as heck !!!
